**Bathhouse Supervisor**

Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.

The Bathhouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bathhouse, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. The supervisor will manage staff, maintain facilities, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handling and resolving complaints.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of bathhouse staff, including training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all bathhouse facilities, including locker areas, showers, steam room, and jacuzzi.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including maintenance logs and incident reports.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a bathhouse or similar environment. (1 year preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and team oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
- Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
