Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area for a Driver Supervisor. Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating daily driver operations, organizing schedules, ensuring compliance with standard of procedures, and providing support to drivers. The Driver Supervisor will also handle performance management, resolve operational challenges, and maintain communication with drivers to ensure high-quality customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Fluency in Cantonese will be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of driver team management and logistics operations
  • Leadership abilities and team management experience
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and transportation regulations is a plus
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent; past working experience in the last-mile logistic industry is a strong advantage
