**Position**: Digital Marketing Specialist

**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Deliver digital content innovations while writing, editing, and proofreading all marketing materials.
- Plan and execute community-building events with interactive activities and clear analytics
- Assist with a variety of content projects, such as blog posts, landing pages, and campaigns
- Monitors and reports on ROI and KPIs using effective data analytic tools to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilizes this information to make recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
- Plan and collaborate on new marketing content, Social Media planning calendar, and Social Media Management
- Participate in editorial meetings, brainstorming sessions, and quarterly planning to help the company execute a top-level strategy that supports our brand and products
- Fulfill supply chain responsibilities such as pack orders and logistics as required

**Qualifications**
- Superior oral and written communication skills (specifically, editing and copywriting).
- Proven social media experience.
- Marketing diploma or related field experience
- Ability to self-manage workflow and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and more
- Knowledge of Klaviyo would be an asset
- Knowledge of D2C and B2B would be an asset
