**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** who’s excited to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to dive into campaign execution, performance tracking, and customer journey optimization—with strong mentorship and cross-functional support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor digital metrics and organize performance data to inform team decision-making.
- **Agency Relations**: Collaborate with external agency teams to keep projects on schedule, on-brand and integrated with overall marketing efforts.
- **Customer Journey Support**: Contribute to efforts that improve the digital user experience and conversion paths across platforms.
- **Other Duties as assigned**:Assist and support marketing initiatives in various functions when necessary.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Monitor live campaigns and website content for accuracy and functionality.
- Track key digital metrics and flag performance changes.
- Coordinate assets and deadlines with other team members for ongoing initiatives.
- Organize and tag campaign data for reporting purposes.

**Weekly Tasks**:

- Join team meetings to learn about upcoming digital plans and provide status updates on ongoing tasks.
- Support the team with quick-turn requests for data, updates, or quality checks.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, or emerging tools.

**Monthly Tasks**:

- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and organize digital content and campaign calendars.
- Review customer behavior data to suggest potential UX or conversion improvements.
- Help document campaign results and contribute to insights for future planning.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Passion for fitness, sports nutrition, or wellness is a bonus.

**Preferred (but not required) Skills**:

- Experience and familiarity with the sports nutrition industry
- Understanding of customer segmentation and basic conversion metrics.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
