**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-focused sales professional with excellent communication skills to join our sales team as a **Sales Representative**. The **Sales Representative** is responsible for generating new business growth while managing and retaining an assigned client territory. This role combines prospecting and lead qualification with the development of long-term client relationships to drive revenue. This position includes delivering sales presentations, qualifying and converting leads, and managing existing clients to consistently achieve sales targets.

As a part of our sales team, you will receive ongoing training and support from our experienced sales leadership, while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve success.**What We Offer**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sales presentations to clients and prospects via telephone, identifying client needs and promoting relevant products and services
- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to build a sustainable pipeline of new business
- Manage and grow an assigned retention-based territory of existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ensure accurate order processing and maintain up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Stay up to date on product and service offerings

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of previous sales experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Experience using a sales or CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Highly self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary Range**: The salary range for this position starts from $50,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience and skill level.
