We’re looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our team and support our sales and customer support operations team. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for individuals who are motivated to succeed, eager to learn, and passionate about helping customers.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, recommending services, and ensuring they have a great experience. You’ll also help manage account details, follow up on service needs, and support team sales goals in a collaborative environment.

**What You’ll Do as a Customer Sales Representative**:

- Connect with customers to answer questions, recommend solutions, and explain service options
- Support account management by updating records, tracking activity, and assisting with plan changes
- Contribute to daily sales goals by helping customers find the right products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer support and meet performance targets
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Assist with account enrollments, service upgrades, and resolving basic issues

**What We’re Looking For in a Customer Sales Representative**:

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, or another related field is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are a must
- Interest in sales, customer support, and business growth
- Dependable, professional, and motivated to achieve goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $43,000.00-$58,063.05 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
