**Job Information**

Nippon Trends Food Service Canada, Inc. is one of the leading noodles manufactures in Canada. We are currently looking for someone who is client-focused to be the Sales Representative to support the Sales Team with understanding of both food manufacturing and food industry business.

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Representative reports to the Sales Officer and is a team-player to support both the Sales department in achieving sales targets and the Factory in understanding the production schedule. The role involves the Sales Representative travelling locally to meet customers for sales meetings. The job includes maintaining the existing market and developing new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report the Sales Officer the market situation
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Actively promote and introduce new products to meet diverse customer needs, maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Increase and maintain product penetration by understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Resolve customer issues and problems with a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product and market research to stay ahead of market trends and to support the company’s growth.
- Regularly visit customers, adapting frequency based on market demands and opportunities to optimize sales and market coverage.

**Requirements/ Must-Haves**:

- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills with passion
- Basic product knowledge and sales know-how.
- Ability to lift/carry cases of product up to 13.00kg without assistance
- Proficiency with PC, including a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Use of a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license is required; understanding of any associated travel expense reimbursements.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the food market’s dynamics.

**Assets/ Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous experience in sales or food manufacturing roles is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of additional languages spoken is also an asset.

- Expected Annual Salary: $50,000.00
