Moser Landscape Group Inc. has been proudly serving the landscaping, maintenance, and snow removal needs of the Waterloo Region and adjacent areas since 1983. Our extensive equipment inventory allows us to tackle a diverse range of projects, including specialized and unique challenges.

As a specialized division of Moser Landscape Group, our Infrastructure Maintenance Services teams are dedicated to the inspection, monitoring, and repair of various components of civil infrastructure. This includes valve maintenance, stormwater ponds maintenance, stormceptor and catch-basin cleanouts. Additionally, we handle lot maintenance tasks such as pressure washing, line painting, power sweeping, and site remediation, which encompasses concrete grinding and repairs, fence repairs, signage installation, and more.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven manager to lead and oversee these critical functions, ensuring their efficient execution, striving for optimal performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.

This opportunity is well-suited for recent graduates of Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) programs, seasoned building maintenance managers, or individuals possessing the necessary qualifications and a strong desire to assume increased responsibilities in team leadership.

- Proficiency in resolving conflicts within the team and with clients in a professional and amicable manner.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project management is an asset
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and address client needs
