**Job description**:
Our growing company is looking to invest in a responsible person to join our repair & maintenance team. ATR Maintenance Services provides a wide range of services for condominiums, multi-residential properties and some commercial properties. A company vehicle and tools will be provided in order to complete work orders on various sites around the tri-cities. Experience in a number areas is valued due to the variety of work orders needed to be completed. The technician who is hired will be integrated into our on-call / after-hours coverage as well.

**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work effectively independently or within a small team
- Complete work orders in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
- Handling keys and FOB’s to access a number of properties
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment if required
- Trouble shooting
- Driving a company vehicle professionally
- Reporting back issues that require a trade to resolve

**Working conditions**:
Regular shifts are Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm. Once integrated into after hours on call, there will be one weekday evening (Mon to Thurs) and one weekend shift (the weekend is split up into 4 shifts) weekly.

- Lifting up to 75 lbs
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Knowledge of some electrical

- Basic heating/cooling knowledge
- Trouble shoot appliances
- Painting
- Installing doors, door closers, making adjustments
- General Framing
- Organized
- Communication skills
- Any other maintenance & repair related skills are an asset

**Starting Salary**:
$24.00/hour to start. Health benefit package available as well.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
