**_Marketing Coordinator_**

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about helping to grow businesses that are shaping Alberta? If so, Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) is searching for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join their professional team.
- Note: This is a full-time fixed role based in Alberta_**_._**

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this position is a wonderful and diverse opportunity to organize marketing activities that showcase Alberta Women Entrepreneurs’ programs and services. This individual will have an important role in the execution of marketing and communications tactics.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**Marketing and Communications Execution**
- Coordinate all marketing activities ensuring completion within timelines and on budget
- Update and create online content
- Report on marketing metrics
- Support the development on strong client and partner relationships
- Develop and run marketing campaigns
- Generate high-quality marketing and communications content for internal and external communications
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and teams
- Conduct research to stay on top of current business trends and programs for women-owned businesses
- Administrative duties as needed to support this work

**Monitoring for Impact and Brand Reputation**
- Monitor the brand online and discussions relating to AWE in media spaces and respond to audiences in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze the brand’s reputation and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns, including using Google Analytics and Active Campaign

**Education & Experience**
- Certificate or Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant experience, including:

- Organizing marketing and communications activities
- Developing and running successful marketing campaigns
- Writing for SEO
- Copy writing skills
- Design experience

**About You**

The incumbent will have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The individual is an innovative thinker who will conceive and implement new ideas through effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, the individual will have the ability to achieve organizational goals and effectively work with cross-functional teams and establish and maintain highly effective and trusting working relationships.

This position also travels for business requirements within Alberta, therefore the need for flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
