**The Position**
Lead the operations that keep training programs running smoothly. You oversee teachers, monitor student progress, and build the systems that make programs scalable and reliable. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and improvement. You’ll work across Accounts, Systems Engineers, and Trainers to ensure every course runs with quality, consistency, and efficiency.
**What you will do**
- **Run operations**: Oversee course schedules, trainer / teacher onboarding, and substitute coverage to keep programs consistent.
- **Drive performance**: Monitor trainer results, give structured feedback, and take action when standards aren’t met.
- **Optimize systems**: Maintain dashboards, improve reporting, and automate class planning with support from Systems Engineers.
- **Protect quality**: Conduct weekly checks, review contracts and documents, and act early on risks like staffing gaps or performance dips.
- **Plan for growth**: Forecast staffing needs, align budgets with Finance, and collaborate with Recruitment to ensure the right teachers are in place.

- Courses delivered reliably, on time, and at high quality.
- Teachers supported, improving, and accountable.
- Students progressing with clear, trackable outcomes.
- Dashboards and processes that make staffing, scheduling, and performance predictable.
- Problems flagged and solved before they disrupt delivery.
**First 90 days**
**Week 1** Learn systems, tools, and workflows.
**Week 2** Take ownership of course schedules and onboarding.
**Week 3** Begin leading performance reviews and quality checks.
**Month 3** Deliver process improvements, streamline reporting, and establish teacher development routines.
**What you bring**
- 2-4 years in program, course, or operations management.
- Experience with scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.
- A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, dashboards, or data reporting tools.
- Clear communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: $61,927.19-$74,803.97 per year
