Data Centre Project Coordinator

**Position Overview**: As a Data Center Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects. Under the guidance of the project manager, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Support**:

- Assist the project manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress and update project schedules and timelines as needed.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Assist in preparing and delivering project presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.
- Assist in preparing project reports, including status reports, progress reports, and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and procedures.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Support quality assurance efforts by participating in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in implementing quality control processes to monitor and evaluate project deliverables and outcomes.
- Adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field (internship or entry-level experience is acceptable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Project a must-have
- Proficiency in Procore construction management software and Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM an asset
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
