Our distinguished establishment presents an extensive selection of spa packages and treatments, complemented by unparalleled service from our team of expert therapists. Within our spa spaces, guests have access to a spacious retail area, Spa Lounge, Water Therapies, Nail Salon, and 12 treatment rooms.

Our retail boutique features exclusive spa products such as SkinCeuticals and Tata Harper. The Spa Lounge provides an electronic-free environment to relax and savor our Chef-created Spa Lunches, prepared by our restaurant, George. Indulge in relaxation amidst our hydrotherapy offerings, including an ozonated pool, infrared sauna, and Jacuzzi. Experience a moment of respite from the outside world within the expansive 15,000 square feet of Sweetgrass Spa's luxurious facilities. Water access is complimentary to Massage Therapy, facial and body treatment guest(s).

**Responsibilities are 2-fold**:
1. Drive traffic into the spa (women-only) to drive revenue and inspire repeat visits

2. Encourage Verity members to take advantage of member-only promotions and encourage them to use to facilities and services on a regular basis.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures
- Manage spa inventory and supplies
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff
- Monitor and achieve sales targets
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with vendors for product orders
- Conduct payroll duties and manage scheduling
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote services and upsell products
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent administrative and leadership skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service

**Sales and Marketing**

1. Find creative ways to promote the SPA

2. Create promotions and special events at a minimum of once per month.

3. Ensure cross promotions between the SPA business and other Verity properties.

4. Track marketing budget for the SPA and continually discuss with the MD.

5. Provide direction and leadership to social media platforms and digital presence.

6. Keep website current with promotions and special events

8. Proactively reaching out to Members keeping them engaged in our offerings and gauging interest for future offerings

**Financial**

1. Responsible for keeping all costs in line with the operations

2. Identify and immediately correct any operational shortcomings

3. Control Labor, product costs, marketing, and any operational costs

4. Assist with budgeting process.

5. Meet with MD/accountants monthly to review Profit & Loss statement and take necessary action steps following this review.

6. Review sales reports bi-weekly and monthly. Assess business volumes and focus staff on up-selling.

7. Request approval prior to expenditures on capital budgeted items

8. Notify management of potential negative variations in operations form budget as soon as you can forecast them

9. Admin for monthly Member billing

10. Bi-monthly Payroll

11. Monthly Financial analysis

**BONUS SKILLS**:
Experience in SpaWare, Mindbody and Homebase

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
