Spa Managers are dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic leaders that seek out team training opportunities, implement client service programs and establish efficient processes that empower the team to achieve an outstanding spa experience for clients and staff. REQUIREMENTS Lead, coach, train and set expectations for a team of spa service professionals Demonstrate ability to balance coaching with discipline Deliver outstanding client experiences in spa services and retail operations Manage, coach and train team on selling spa services and products to reach or exceed financial goals Manage, coach and train team on cost management best practices Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll reports, scheduling, inventory and operational reporting QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of experience in spa or hospitality management Excellent knowledge of spa services and retail operations Ability to meet or exceed sales goals Ability to meet or exceed cost of goods sold goalsStrong desire to provide, train and deliver outstanding customer service Deep knowledge and understanding of spa services and product line with strong capacity to sell these to clients Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / split shifts and holidays BENEFITS & PERKS Competitive pay structure inclusive of commissions & bonuses Employment with Benefit Options for Full Time Flexible schedule to fit your life In‑depth orientation and follow‑up in‑house training Uplifting team atmosphere Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.
