Spa Receptionist

**Who are We?**

Bahn Thai Spa is a well-established Spa and School specializing in Traditional Thai Massage in the downtown core of Toronto. Opened in 2014, we offer a 5-Star experience to our guests and are the # 1 Spa on TripAdvisor.

We are now open 7 days a week and there is more demand for our services than ever before. We are growing exponentially, adding new therapists all the time and have many new students interested in enrolling in the school. We are potentially looking to move into a new space to accommodate for our immense growth and to that end there is an opportunity for rapid advancement.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Team on weekends and one evening shift during the week with potential for more hours. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE Friday/Saturday/Sunday, please do not apply This is a requirement for this job.

This is an ideal position for a student. In this role, you will deliver the highest customer service standards to our guests by following our established protocols and contributing to a teamwork environment positively, pleasantly and effectively.

**What would you be doing?**
- Welcoming all of our guests with enthusiasm and professionalism and anticipating their needs
- Ensuring the highest level of standards for quality, customer service and health and safety
- Adhering to the Bahn Thai Spa experience and delivering unparalleled customer service
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Becoming fully versed in all products and services
- Conducting product refunds and addressing customer issues in a positive and professional manner
- Opening/closing the Spa
- Processing POS and cash transactions with ease and accuracy
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the Spa team
- Contributing to a positive, fun and professional team environment
- Maintaining guest records (contactless electronic submissions attached to their profiles)
- Performing other duties as assigned including laundry, cleaning and all COVID-19 protocols.
- Answering directly to the Spa Manager/Assistant Manager.

- Must be FULLY VACCINATED to ensure the health and safety of your colleagues and our clients
- Ability to multi-task while providing professional and outstanding customer service
- Desire to thrive working in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in customer service/retail is an asset
- Knowledge of appointment booking software (Mindbody) an asset
