We are looking to hire for the position of **On-Road Support Agent** at our Delta, BC location. This posting is for both **Seasonal Full-Time or Seasonal Part-time position** status. Duties range from answering simple questions to arranging for mechanical assistance, trouble shooting and getting our vehicles back on the road or to a nearby repair shop in a timely manner. You will be trained to confidently answer a variety of questions from our clients and provide assistance to ensure they continue enjoying their Canadian Adventure. **This role can also work via remote but ideally located in western Canada (BC or AB).**

**Job Duties**:

- Technical troubleshooting for rental RVs
- Assist in vehicle exchange procedures in case of breakdowns
- Record keeping for all on-road repairs, maintenance and customer correspondence
- Performs other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Have secondary education and or related experience
- Have customer service experience
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- French, German or Dutch language is considered an asset but not required
- Possess excellent communication skills
- RV industry experience and knowledge an asset but not required
- General technical knowledge an asset
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have problem solving skills
- Be efficient
- Have basic computer skills
- Be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Seasonal part-time or full-time possibilities
