Reservations Agents

We are looking to hire for the position of **Retail **Reservations Agent** to join the Team at our** Delta, BC Location**. This is a **Seasonal, Full-Time position**.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Quote and invoice rental reservations
- Provide advice to select suitable vehicle types to customers
- Demo rental vehicles to walk-in customers
- Process customer payments
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, and other tasks as they arise

**Requirements**:
To be successful in the job role, you must:

- Be reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English (additional languages including German, Dutch is considered an asset)
- Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
- Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously
