**What You’ll Do**:

- Quote and invoice rental reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise customers on selecting the most suitable vehicle types and services based on their needs.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties and adapt to new tasks as they arise.
- Accurately enter and update complex rate structures in our reservation system.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies in the system.
- Utilize Excel for organizing, analyzing, and reporting data.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance pricing accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment by engaging in various administrative tasks and team projects.
