- Position Summary:_
Location: Delta, BC
This is a hybrid role with expectation to be at the Distribution Centre office 3 days a week and we have two vacancies and the schedule requirements are:
Sunday to Thursday plus _(ability to work on statutory holidays and Fridays)_
Monday to Friday plus _(ability to work on statutory holidays)_
The compensation package for this position ranges from $45,000 to $76,000 on an annual basis.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.- Participates in general sales meetings, promotions and facilitates food show registration. Assists with recall and other information sharing as required.-
- Stays up to date with product offerings, market trends and customer needs while learning about the organizational offerings and systems.- Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.- Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits etc during special large special events IE: Stampede, PNE, SNE, F1 Race etc.- Supports and assists DSR for vacation coverage and seasonally based on needs.- Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc- Details customer complaints, tracks the same issues that multiple customers have, and reports problems as necessary.- Works on the road with sales reps and visits to customers.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Must have good customer service and time management skills.- Ability to perform 10-key data entry.- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.- Highly organized with a great attention to detail.- Encourages collaboration with others to achieve a common goal.- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team.-
- Excellent computer skills.- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.- Ability to learn and use SAP, CRM, Gordon Ordering online and other various systems.
Education and Experience- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, sales or Marketing preferred- One year previous sales, business or food service experience with an interest in food business practices and food preparation or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
