- Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines as needed.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on estimating progress and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- A background in construction or engineering is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
