**Summary**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Coordinator / Estimator** with experience in **stone fabrication** to join our growing team.

This position is central to managing estimation, drawing production, scheduling, and client communication while ensuring project accuracy from quote to fabrication.

**RKey Responsibilities**:

- **Estimating**: Prepare detailed project estimates using **Action Flow**, aligning with technical specifications and client requirements.
- **Technical Drawings**: Interpret and generate **AutoCAD shop drawings**; revise drawings and **site templates** for client approvals.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- **Client Correspondence**: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding design, changes, timelines, and approvals.
- **Administration**: Manage project documents, including quotes, revisions, and approval tracking.
- **Quote Revisions**: Revise and resubmit approved quotes based on updated specifications or client feedback.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the **fabrication team** to align shop work with approved drawings and templates.
- **Site Template Integration**: Review and revise **site templates** to match field measurements and send for final client sign-off.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **project coordination and estimating**, preferably in **stone fabrication** or a related industry.
- **AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory**.
- Strong ability to read and interpret **blueprints, shop drawings**, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Excellent **communication, problem-solving**, and **project management** skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong coordination skills for working with clients, designers, fabricators, and site teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **natural and engineered stone materials** and fabrication techniques..
- Valid **Forklift License** (preferred).
- Understanding of shop workflows such as **cutting, edging, polishing**
