Global Learning Manager

This pivotal role involves designing and implementing essential components of our People Strategy through global learning solutions. These solutions are crucial in empowering the firm to fulfill its Purpose, Vision, and Strategy. The creation of this new role underscores our commitment to supporting an ambitious People strategy. The incumbent will report directly to the Global Talent Director.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead collaborative efforts in delivering an innovative, firmwide multi-year learning strategy.
- Concentrate primarily on developing impactful learning content and conducting influential development sessions that integrate education, experience, exposure, and experimentation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive firmwide repository of learning content.
- Integrate essential learning and growth components into critical junctures of employee, associate, and partner careers.
- Manage end-to-end project responsibilities for firmwide learning programs, starting from the needs analysis phase to the coordination and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of globally applicable career milestone development programs.
- Employ the latest technology and methodologies to enhance the learner's experience on both virtual and live platforms.
- Leverage and enhance the existing e-learning platform and virtual content.
- Develop and launch internal and social media communications related to global learning and development, highlighting successes and promoting engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience delivering learning programs in an international context.
- Experience and knowledge of transformative changes in learning, encompassing behavioral science and neuroscience-based techniques, digital learning, design thinking, personalized content curation, and similar areas.
- Expertise in a wide range of adoption techniques with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Ability to interact and collaboratively engage with colleagues across the globe.
- Capacity to work effectively within a virtual team, spanning multiple countries, areas, and cultures.
- Ideally, experience in a professional services firm.
