Responsibilities
- Assess training and development needs across the organization and propose adapted solutions to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Create and implement training plans and curriculums for service center departments to support employee’s career pathing
- Develop a yearly calendar to promote knowledge transfer and social learning across the organization via lunch and learns, co-development and group events.
- Oversee the design and delivery of customized training programs tailored to the needs of individuals and departments.
- Lead a team of instructional designers and provide one-on-coaching to enhance performance and career development
- Design and lead the implementation of an effective LMS architecture, and ensure consistent reporting and data management
- Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage the training and development budget and monitor the return on investment of training programs.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and encourages collaboration
- Keep up to date on best practices and use emerging technologies to develop innovative learning
solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of proven experience in learning and development, with at least years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of French and English is required given the global scope of the position
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in LMS and other training technologies.
- Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate ROI on training investments.
