**Responsibilities include**:

- Basic accounting functions
- Meeting coordination and minute taking
- Assist with the organization and execution of special events
- Occasional evening and weekend work related to special events

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

- Assets - experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting software, accounting experience, post secondary education, familiarity with the construction industry

The position is in person from 8:30am to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday with the occasional early morning or evening for special events.

**Salary**: Up to $40,000.00 per year
