ARNON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED is a successful property developer and landlord in Canada's Nation Capital Region. We are presently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in a full-time permanent, on-site position at our Head Office on Woodward Drive.

**Key Responsibilities**

In the position of Account Payable Clerk, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Matching related purchase orders/packing slips to invoices;
- Verifying invoices, including calculations, quoted prices, price list, etc;
- Providing the invoices and backup to the Property Manager for payment approval;
- General ledger coding and data input of approved invoices onto the computer;
- Determine payment timing of invoices, i.e. as monies received/approval from Property Manager
- Printing of cheques and submitting them for appropriate signature(s);
- Creation and processing of electronic payments;
- Check/obtain WSIB clearance certificate before releasing payment if applicable;
- Contacting suppliers for current WSIB clearance certificates, or letters stating they are an independent contractor;
- Regular interaction with the Property Managers to review payables;
- Regular interaction with suppliers to review discrepancies and answer questions;
- Additional duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the CFO;
- Some reception and administration duties

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Yardi is considered an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and available for on-site work at our office

**Compensation & Benefits**

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
