**Accounts Payable Clerk**

**Surgenor Ottawa** is currently looking for a motivated, career-minded, Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast paced admin team.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review invoices for accuracy and verify against purchase orders prior to entry into system
- Reconcile Vendor Statements and prepare payments
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate historical payment records
- Assist in preparation of month end and year end reports and other accounting duties as required
- Additional tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of Accounting related experience
- Ability to easily adapt to various computer software programs
- Proven Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Most important of all, a great attitude and a willingness to continually learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
