We’re seeking a **driven, customer-focused Business Development & Marketing Associate** to join our growing team at Bluebits Technologies. In this role, you’ll be key to **expanding our customer base** and **elevating our brand presence** by owning outbound prospecting, lead generation, and creative marketing initiatives. **What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead the Charge**: Follow up on opportunities and turn prospects into long-term clients through trust and value-driven conversations.
- **Build a Strong Pipeline**: Proactively grow the business funnel through strategic outreach, personalized follow-ups, and strong relationship-building efforts.
- **Pitch with Confidence**: Introduce and promote BlueBox smart locker solutions through engaging, consultative communication—both online and in person.
- **Deliver Excellence**: Provide a standout customer experience at every touchpoint to boost engagement and conversions.
- **Network Strategically**: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with decision-makers and key industry influencers.
- **Negotiate with Professionalism**: Handle contracts and agreements confidently, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- **Stay Organized**: Keep CRM records, documents, and workflows updated and accurate for team visibility.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive success and innovation.

**Are You Willing and Able To**:

- **Exceed Targets**: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales goals.
- **Communicate with Confidence**: Be professional, articulate, and comfortable engaging with executives, business owners, and key decision-makers—both over the phone and in writing.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (marketing experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a growth-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident presence.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
