Winnipeg, Canada Riverbend Construction Full time

We are hiring an ambitious carpenter to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Journey person preferred but not necessarily required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read drawings & blueprints
- Be competent in framing terminology
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Complete framing including; Back framing, window and door installation, casings, cabinet installation, base boarding, and other various carpentry tasks.
- Quality assurance, in both metric and imperial units.
- Various other duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Familiar with ProCore or similar construction programs
- Equipment operating is an asset but not required
- Fall protection, first aid and whimis are also assets.
- Some schooling required
- Proven experience in large scale residential or commercial construction settings
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
