**Job Description**:
As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, leading a team of carpenters and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for supervising carpentry work, collaborating with project managers, and providing guidance to apprentices and less experienced carpenters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior carpenters in carpentry techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of materials for projects.

Qualifications:

- Red Seal Carpenter certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry as a Red Seal Carpenter
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
