Content and Influence Strategist

**Reporting to the Director of Digital Content, you will be responsible for**:

- Advise clients;
- Establish creative and effective strategic recommendations;
- Oversee the deployment and production of content;
**In concrete terms, you will take on stimulating challenges. More specifically**:
**1- Analyze and advise**
- Inventory and analyze client content and platforms;
- Study search and content consumption trends;
- Develop target personas and user scenarios;
- Design content and influence strategies to meet business objectives;
- Define content levers and themes by platform;
- Establish content objectives and key performance indicators;
- Research and develop influencer recommendations and original and creative content creators;
- Define and plan the editorial strategy (calendar, budget, timeline, tools, workflow, etc.);
- Develop proposals and present recommendations to client teams and internal collaborators;
- Develop strategic briefs;
- Develop editorial calendars that respect the content strategy and brand pillars;
- Analyze data rigorously and develop in-depth performance reports;
- Establish strategic recommendations and optimize content creation on an ongoing basis;
- Develop presentations on social media trends;
- Write SEO optimized articles;
- Keep abreast of the evolution of platforms and trends in content and influencer marketing;
- Participate in internal content mandates

**2 - Supervise content production**
- Guide, review and approve content production (text, photo, video) with internal or freelance teams: content creation, publications, in French and English.
- Ensure that community management meets standards;
- Guide and oversee data collection and social media reporting

**To succeed in these upcoming challenges, you have**:

- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing communications (or similar);
- Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing and social media (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest), agency experience an asset;
- Experience in strategic planning, digital content creation, SEO;
- Concrete experience in team supervision;
- Good knowledge of Google (Analytics, Trends, Keyword Tool), Mailchimp, Klavio, Canva;
- Excellent analytical and writing skills;
- Complete mastery of French and English;
- Demonstrated ability to understand marketing objectives and be results oriented;
- Knowledge of Canadian influencers and celebrities;
- Excellent organizational, time management and priority setting skills;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last minute requests;
- Sense of initiative, autonomous and good problem solving skills;
- Good customer relations, pedagogical, collaborative, and positive approach;
- Ability to work with teams of related expertise;
- Strong interest in web culture and social media;
- Desire to acquire new knowledge in the field
