**Creative Strategist Overview**:
In this role at REBL HOUSE, you will support our partners by developing and executing on performance-driven creative strategies. You'll be responsible for managing and leading creative requests from intake to delivery by collaborating with our in-house account and production teams. Your marketing flair will allow you to take on responsibilities, setting and exceeding specific objectives toward developing an overall strategy that drives profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends along with trend forecasting.
- Hosting focus groups to test the effectiveness of a marketing strategy or gauge public opinion on an issue or product
- Meeting with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign
- Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity
- Generate innovative ideas and develop creative marketing strategies to bring our partners stories to life
- Creating documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives
- Advising the company's COO
- Tracking results of marketing strategies, measuring marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
- Spearhead creative planning and ideation to provide effective marketing strategy
- Participate in client meetings, prepare compelling and persuasive client presentations and concepts
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver projects, and test messaging and strategy
- Provide additional marketing and administrative support as needed
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Strategist or Creative Director role
- 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing for B2B and B2C
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
- Proactive, innovative, and strategic: Challenges and competing priorities don’t phase you
- Proven copywriting skills with a focus on writing advertising and marketing material
- Thorough understanding of social media trends, and the digital landscape
- Excellent time, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience working within an agency setting is an asset
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, sales public relations or communications.
- Good understanding of industry trends and creative tools (ie Adobe Suite, FCPX)
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
