- Execute powerful influencer strategies that align with our brand vision, KPIs, and support our brand marketing initiatives;
- Develop compelling influencer guidelines and presentations;
- Think outside the box for PR collaborations with top bloggers, YouTubers, and create impactful press releases;
- Create innovative ways to collect reviews and testimonials from our customers to build brand loyalty;
- Manage influencer outreach, including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management;
- Negotiate contracts and deals;
- Analyze past and current performance data to optimize our influencer program strategy;
- Engage with influencer content to drive brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty;
- Deliver performance and insight reports on consumer, content, and platform trends to continually innovate our influencer program and media strategy;
- Partner with brand marketing, digital, and sales teams to align on product information, key messaging, launch dates, and inventory;
- Manage influencer accounts and maintain strong relationships with key influencers;
- Negotiate with influencers on rates, terms, and deliverables, and ensure that contracts are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

**What You’ll Be Bringing to The Team**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of prior Influencer Marketing experience is required, preferably with direct responsibility for strategy development, execution, and reporting;
- Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns;
- Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products;
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms;
- Ability to create visually appealing content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other design software;
- Passion for all things technology-related;
- Experience using affiliate software;
- Knowledgeable in both finance and technology;

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H3K 1G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H3K 1G6
