We are looking to add an individual to our manufacturing team in Brantford, in our Die Cutting department running our manual die cutting machines. **Shift: Afternoons Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm** **Wage**: $20.75/hour **Job Duties and Responsibilities**: - Identify and sperate product according to our SOP's(1st Grade,2nd Grade,3rd Grade) - Meet high demand production targets - Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols - Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking - Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff - Identify Quality concerns quickly and effectively - Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness - Preform other work-related duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve - A Team Player who constructively contributes to a positive environment - Good mechanical skills for small repairs - Uphold absenteeism rate below 3.5% - Previous forklift experience is an asset **What We Offer**: - Comprehensive benefit package; extended health care and dental care - Afternoon Shift Premium $0.50 - Paid vacation - Company social events - Performance Bonus paid every pay period if earned - Our organization will, upon request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment Process._
