Inside Sales Representative

Abatement Technologies is looking for an energetic, dedicated, service-oriented Inside Sales Representative. Want to join a growing company that provides innovative and reliable solutions to its customers? We are seeking an individual to join our team in Langley.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders and payments, including walk-in customers.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times where necessary.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and prospects at appropriate intervals.
- Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and outreach projects and programs.
**Education and Work Experience**:
- Degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
- Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a business to business sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience with Epicor ERP an asset.
