**Position Responsibilities**:

- Quote prices and liaise with the production team for follow-up on orders. Be the advocate for the customer.
- Accurately enter customer orders and process sales invoices.
- Filing.
- Assisting customers over the phone.
- Other tasks as required

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of Robar’s close-knit, high-energy, and supportive team.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years post-secondary
- Some accounting/business courses an asset
- 2 years’ experience in an office setting
- Experience in inside sales, order desk, or customer service an asset
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a great attendance record who has the ability to work independently or in a team.
- French language an asset

**Working with Us**

**Job type**: Full-time

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

**Salary**: $50,000-$58,000 with benefits and pensions.
