**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain project documentation and files in an organized and accessible manner.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support project activities.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks or issues.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
