**What you can expect to do here**:
**You will**support Project Managers in delivering civil engineering projects, ensuring coordination among teams, clients, municipalities, and contractors.
**You will**prepare and manage key project documentation, including reports, transmittals, and change orders, while tracking schedules and project performance.
**You will**facilitate stakeholder engagement, secure permits and approvals, and ensure compliance with WSP’s Quality Management System.
**You will**assist with invoicing, financial tracking, KPIs, PSRs, and project controls to maintain efficiency and accountability.
**You will**support construction coordination, resolve issues, and monitor implementation to keep projects on track.
**You will**adapt to multiple projects and teams, embrace new tools, and learn client-specific systems like Toronto’s PTP and Halton Region’s CCMS

**What You’ll Bring to WSP**
- A diploma or degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, or design/construction support for municipal infrastructure and water/wastewater projects.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior staff
