Project Manager – Custom Cabinetry & Millwork
Location: On-site (Toronto, ON)
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: October 20, 2025
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with strong communication skills and a solid construction background. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing custom cabinetry and millwork projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of cabinetry and millwork projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers
- Review shop drawings, materials, and production schedules
- Oversee site measurements, delivery, and installation timelines
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design intent
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain strong professional relationships
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in custom cabinetry or millwork
- Strong communication and English language skills (verbal and written)
- Construction background with understanding of cabinetry processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- On-site position
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
