We are seeking a professional with a strong Customer Service orientation to join our industrial manufacturing client in
**Orillia, Ontario**. If you are organized, responsive, and enjoy coordinating between customers and internal departments, we’d like to speak with you. This full-time and permanent position is starting right away, so submit your resume today to begin the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and determine the full scope of client needs regarding product solutions, pricing, and potential delivery dates.
- Collaborate with external sales force to determine if field sales are required.
- Participate in lead generation strategies and follow-up activities.
- Maintain positive interaction with clients.
- Pursue creative solutions to customers’ issues.
- Document interaction with clients effectively.
- Oversee returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints.
- Follow up on services provided, including Installation and service.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (order desk, customer service, project management).
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is an asset.
- Effective multi-tasker with a strong customer service orientation.
- Capable of using Microsoft Office including Excel, Work, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective written and spoken communication in English.
- Skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
