Reporting to the Pricing & Product Data Manager, the Product Data Administrator will assist the product data team by reviewing and validating data and pricing changes to ensure the information is accurately updated in the system.
**What you will do**:

- Work with ROBINSON's ERP to update SKU data pertaining to purchaser stock requests: clean-up product descriptions, change product stock status, and ensure pricing is up to date
- Prepare the necessary product data for the website including sourcing images, verifying catalog numbers, and categorizing product
- Work with Product Data ticket system (Jira) to review discounted SKU requests and update product status, notify salespersons, and set up replacement products
- Support the team as required with simple Jira ticket requests by updating SKU's in the ERP
- Assist with other team projects as required

**About you**:

- Post-secondary education in business or equivalent
- Previous work experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Clear and articulate communicator
- Willingness and aptitude to learn
- Enjoys working with others and collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of SKU management and pricing would be considered an asset
