Sales & Admin Co-ordinator

**Job Overview**
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the academy's growth by handling day-to-day administrative operations, assisting with student and client enquiries and promoting the academy's programs and services
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including coordinating appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Manage reception area by greeting clients, checking-in students and answering multi-line phone systems, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory management
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support, sales or customer service
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay: From $36,400.00 per year
