**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**This is a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Office Admin Assistant’s responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:
**1. Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel**
**2. Communicate account activities with the Director of Operations**
**3. Provide administrative support (ex. completing formal documents and gathering the correct information required)**
**5. Assist the Director of Operations with quotes, orders, and special projects.**
**6. Assist with trade show preparation**
**7. Data entry**
**8. Proper recording of serial numbers and hardware information**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**1. Clean record check**
**2. Secondary school in Business Administration or equivalent is an asset**
**3. Valid and non-expired class 5 drivers license, or equivalent to Manitoba class 5**
**4. Strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated, sense of urgency**
**5. Strong attention to detail is a MUST**
**6. Creative and analytical problem-solving skills**
**7. Familiarity with information technology and working in an office environment**
**8. Ability to work with limited supervision**
