Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Care & Admin Coordinator to be the voice of Adokam Home Care — answering inquiries, managing staff coordination, and helping to grow our client base through lead generation. If you’re passionate about helping people, thrive in a multi-tasking role, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone consultations with potential clients to assess care needs and explain services
- Assist with lead generation through follow-ups, referrals, and outreach to potential clients or partner organizations
- Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Onboard new hires and ensure all documentation and training requirements are met
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure all shifts are covered according to client care plans
- Approve and manage staff timesheets for payroll processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, staff assignments, and schedules
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or home care coordination is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Passion for helping people and supporting a mission-driven organization
- Bonus: Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
