Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments. Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the review of software customizations and work with provider towards design, compliance testing, and implementation;
- Assist with the maintenance, customization and update of the systems and masterdata in accordance to the policies in place;
- Maintain the revenue accounting system user manuals to reflect the changes to systems as they occur;
- Provide training for senior end-users;
- Analyze processing issues and monitor data integrity to adjust processes & procedures as needed;
- Analysis and review of revenue reports;
- Production of assigned reports;
- Assist with the preparation of the budgets, month-ends, year ends as well as annual audits;
- Other special ad hoc projects as required by the Supervisor;

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in use of MSOffice (Excel-advanced, Word, Outlook), at ease with different accounting software (GP an asset)
- Fluently bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) - Inuktitut an asset
- Ability to adapt with ease to multiple airline system platforms (Monalisa, BART, Skyline)

**Working conditions**:

- The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
