**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Kruger Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst specializing in Financial Solutions to serve as a bridge between our corporate Finance and IT departments. This position will play a key role in supporting and improving our financial systems, with a focus on JD Edwards (JDE) Finance and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). Experience with SAP ECC Finance and Controlling (FICO) would be an asset.
The IT Analyst, Financial Solutions will be responsible for ensuring that systems effectively support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. He/she will also contribute to ongoing modernization projects and system enhancements to sustain Kruger’s growth and evolving operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Design and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support and maintain JDE Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, and Fixed Assets.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance and data integrity.
- Partner with finance teams to develop and test system improvements.
- Enhance dashboards and models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to system upgrades, patches, and user acceptance testing.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to financial system users.
- Integrate financial platforms with broader enterprise systems.
- Help define the roadmap for financial system modernization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance or accounting.

CPA or equivalent financial certification is a strong asset.

**EXPERIENCE**

5-10 years of hands-on experience supporting financial systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards and TM1 solutions.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining TM1 models.
- Strong command of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with TM1 scripting (TurboIntegrator, Rules) and JDE financial modules.
- Experience in designing and supporting inter-system integrations.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

Solid understanding of financial transactions across sales, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and service management.
- Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4 HANA financial modules and cross-functional integrations is a strong asset.
