Ecommerce Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand visuals and copy for all digital marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize the brand's eCommerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing conversion rates.
- Work closely with the buying and merchandising team to ensure the right product assortment is showcased online.
- Create and manage the eCommerce marketing budget, including allocating resources and optimizing spend across channels.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on organic growth.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in eCommerce marketing.
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
