This job might be for you if you've got…
- A sixth sense for what makes people click. You've spent a couple of years optimizing pages, fixing UX friction, and helping to lift conversion rates. You know how to make a site more effective — and now you're ready to do more.
- A knack for turning insights into income. Whether it's heatmaps, scroll depth, or site speed reports, you can spot friction faster than a Formula 1 pit crew. And when you see a problem? You don't write a memo. You fix it.
- A strategic brain with an operator's discipline. You're not here to "run some ads." You're here to craft high-performance funnels that turn cold leads into raving fans — and you know how every page, pop-up, and UTM fits into the bigger picture.
- Full-funnel fluency. From the first ad impression to the final post-purchase thank-you page, you understand the customer journey. Paid social, paid display, email, CTV, affiliates — you know they don't work in silos. And you know how to stitch them together into a seamless experience.
- Ecommerce instincts honed by experience. You've tested upsells, launched cross-sells, implemented cart savers, and placed button copy that paid your salary twenty times over. You don't need to Google "conversion rate optimization." You wrote the playbook.
- An obsession with A/B testing. You know that opinions are nice… but data wins. You've run split tests on copy, design, flow, and timing — and your test logs are basically a greatest hits album of what works (and what doesn't).
- The ability to communicate complex findings like a human being. You don't just toss stakeholders a spreadsheet and wish them luck. You craft insights into action plans — and help teams actually do something with the data.
- Experience working with Shopify? Excellent. Experience with supplements or health products? Even better. But more than anything, we're looking for someone who knows how to grow a site that grows a business.
