The Director of Ecommerce will play a pivotal role in leading this digital expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of JD Sports' eCommerce business, ensuring that the online customer experience is not only optimized but seamlessly integrated with the brand's physical stores and distribution centers. The role will focus on managing operational excellence across JD's digital platforms, driving sales performance, and aligning online and offline touchpoints to deliver a cohesive, customer-centric experience across all channels.

As JD Sports Canada aims to become a market leader in sports fashion retail, the Director of Ecommerce will be at the forefront of this transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of eCommerce initiatives. In accordance with BC's Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this Director-level role is $150,000 - $190,000 + bonus.

JD Sports Canada is seeking a Director-level leader, though candidates with Vice President experience may be considered for a VP role. Vice President-level experience requires broader responsibilities at scale with significant people leadership oversight.

The expected base salary range for a Vice President-level role is up to $230,000 + bonus.
