With a robust presence across Canada and the United States, we continue to set the benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry. *** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support with picking, strapping and receiving inbound products. - Assist in labeling and staging outgoing shipments for pickup. - Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles safely and according to schedule. - Support **Packer** in preparing goods for distribution and transporting to designated locations. - Oversee the sheet goods storage and organization in the warehouse. - Manage and adjust Re-Image shipping container orientations as needed to optimize space and handling. - Assist with the offloading of overseas containers and other large shipments (e.g., equipment). - Stock received goods and distribute raw materials as necessary. - Ensure the security of the facility by securing gates and overhead doors at the end of each shift. - Actively participate as a member of the Health and Safety Committee. - Support with inventory control and quality assurance. - Monitor and reorder packaging materials to maintain inventory levels. - Review staged items in storage to ensure DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time). - Assist Quality Control (QC) by identifying defective or substandard millwork. - Maintain cleanliness and organization, including cleaning out trailers and organizing pallets. - Manage waste disposal activities, ensuring proper handling and disposal of materials. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and cleaning dock areas. - Other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Must have a valid forklift license - Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of shipping processes, packaging, and labeling procedures - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing work environment and handle multiple priorities. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems - Excellent verbal and communication skills - Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure - Strong attention to detail and accuracy **WORK CONDITIONS** - Required to work a staggered shift to accommodate late projects and delivery trucks. - Will be required to work in a warehouse and production facility with machine noises - Required to lift up to 50 lbs - Required to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time **CHARACTERISTICS TO SUCCEED** At **Archmill House Inc.**, we are seeking Ideal Team Players who are Humble, Hungry and Smart (as referenced by Patrick Lencioni in his book, The Ideal Team Player). - Humble - Who shares the credit and success with team members - Hungry - Who is always looking for more responsibilities and learnings - Smart - Who is emotionally intelligent and has good judgement We pursue individuals who have an “All In” attitude**.** "All In" means showing unwavering commitment, embracing teamwork, and going above and beyond to drive success for our company, our colleagues, and our clients. **WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US** - Competitive Pay - Flexible Benefits - Health & Wellness Spending Account - Paid Holidays & Vacation - Paid Sick/Family Emergency Days - Training & Professional Development Opportunities - Employee Assistance Program - Perkopolis Account - In-Office Bistro with Snacks & Refreshments - Frequent Social Committee Events **OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUITY & INCLUSION
