**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition.
- Maintain an adequate supply of packing materials - i.e. labels, bags/film, shippers
- Ensure the right code is set up for the day
- Visual check of the machine prior to start-up and ensure all machines are running correctly
- Ensure all scales are set up in packaging for bulk cookies, and are in proper working order
- Work closely with the packing line crew
- Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift and clean up after the shift
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
- Perform all other duties assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma / G.E.D required
- Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
